Getting Started
Follow this quick setup and workflow guide to start finding potential listings fast.
Extension Setup
Open Dashboard
Quick Checklist
Choose your marketplaces in onboarding first.
Add your first stolen item.
Set a realistic search radius.
Enable at least one native in-app source (eBay, Craigslist, or Uncle Henry's) if you want one-click in-app scans.
Use Marketplace Search for any selected marketplaces that are browser-assisted.
Review Pending matches first.
Confirm/Reject quickly to keep review moving.
Export PDF evidence for police follow-up.
1. Add Your First Item
Go to
Stolen Items
.
Click
Add Item
.
Use a clear title and detailed description.
Add make/model/serial if known. Serial improves precision.
Set location and radius, then save.
2. Install and Enable Extension
Open
Extension Setup
and complete install.
Pin the extension in your browser toolbar.
Open a supported marketplace and scroll listings to ingest results.
3. Review Matches by Status
From an item card, click
Scan All Sources
for in-app scan + optional browser steps.
If in-app scan is disabled, use
Marketplace Search
and scroll listings on opened sites.
Open
Matches by Item
.
Use status filter buttons:
Pending
,
Confirmed
,
Rejected
,
All
.
Start with Pending and work down confidence.
Use
Why it matched
text to make faster decisions.
4. Build a Police Follow-Up Packet
For strong leads, click
More
then
Export Evidence PDF
.
The packet includes listing details, match score, timestamps, and checksum.
Attach the PDF to your police follow-up with your report number.
5. Keep Match Review Clean
Mark recovered items quickly so stale matches are removed.
Tune Min Confidence to control noise.
Filter changes apply automatically as you adjust them.
Work from
Needs Review
and quickly mark each result as
Likely Match
or
Not a Match
.
Avoid over-tuning confidence unless you are seeing too much noise.
Enable push/email alerts in Notification Settings.
