Getting Started

Follow this quick setup and workflow guide to start finding potential listings fast.

Quick Checklist
  • Choose your marketplaces in onboarding first.
  • Add your first stolen item.
  • Set a realistic search radius.
  • Enable at least one native in-app source (eBay, Craigslist, or Uncle Henry's) if you want one-click in-app scans.
  • Use Marketplace Search for any selected marketplaces that are browser-assisted.
  • Review Pending matches first.
  • Confirm/Reject quickly to keep review moving.
  • Export PDF evidence for police follow-up.

  1. Go to Stolen Items.
  2. Click Add Item.
  3. Use a clear title and detailed description.

  1. Open Extension Setup and complete install.
  2. Pin the extension in your browser toolbar.
  3. Open a supported marketplace and scroll listings to ingest results.

  1. From an item card, click Scan All Sources for in-app scan + optional browser steps.
  2. If in-app scan is disabled, use Marketplace Search and scroll listings on opened sites.
  3. Open Matches by Item.
  4. Use status filter buttons: Pending, Confirmed, Rejected, All.
  5. Start with Pending and work down confidence.
  6. Use Why it matched text to make faster decisions.

  1. For strong leads, click More then Export Evidence PDF.
  2. The packet includes listing details, match score, timestamps, and checksum.
  3. Attach the PDF to your police follow-up with your report number.

  • Mark recovered items quickly so stale matches are removed.
  • Tune Min Confidence to control noise.
  • Filter changes apply automatically as you adjust them.
  • Work from Needs Review and quickly mark each result as Likely Match or Not a Match.
  • Avoid over-tuning confidence unless you are seeing too much noise.
  • Enable push/email alerts in Notification Settings.
