- storage: saves extension settings required for operation.
- activeTab: reads supported marketplace tab content while you are actively browsing.
- notifications: sends match alerts when enabled by the user.
- host permissions: limited to supported marketplace domains for listing capture.
How We Use Data
- Match potentially stolen listings against user-reported items.
- Display results in dashboard views and support investigation workflow.
- Generate optional notification events for relevant matches.
- Maintain product reliability and prevent abuse.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not read private messages or non-marketplace personal communications.
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not collect payment data in the current build.
Retention and Control
- Data is retained only as needed for active monitoring and operational records.
- You can remove items and adjust notification preferences from the dashboard.
- You can disable or uninstall the extension at any time.
