Account and Access Help

If you cannot log in, start with the password reset flow and confirm you are using the same email address that was used to create the account.
If you created an account with Google sign-in, continue to use the same sign-in method for that account unless support tells you otherwise.
If a page appears stale after deployment, sign out, clear the site tab, and refresh before reporting a bug.

Scanning and Review Help

Too many weak results usually means the item description is too broad or the confidence threshold is too low.
If no useful results appear, tighten the item title, add identifiable traits, and narrow location where appropriate.
Use repeated searches and review history instead of treating each scan as a one-time event.
For extension-assisted marketplaces, keep the supported marketplace tab open and continue scrolling results while capture is active.

Extension and Marketplace Issues

Too many match candidates: raise Min Confidence and stay in Needs Review for quick triage.
Missing marketplace buttons: open Manage Marketplaces from the dashboard Actions menu and enable them.
Extension shows no listings: reload extension, then refresh the marketplace tab.
Session not counting: verify you are logged in and backend API is reachable.
No match updates: keep the marketplace tab open and scroll results.
Permission errors: ensure site permissions are enabled for supported marketplaces.

What To Include in a Support Request

Browser and version (for example: Chrome 122+).
Marketplace site and page URL pattern.
Exact error message shown in extension popup or console.
Approximate time issue occurred and steps to reproduce.
Account email and whether the problem affects all items or only one item.
